The Box Rib™

a through-fastened metal panel with 36” net coverage that is predominantly used for commercial, architectural and industrial wall applications. It offers many benefits. First, the wider coverage means there are fewer panels to handle and install, thus saving the installer time and money. The unique design of the panel provides superior load and span capacities, which often lead to more savings in the structural support systems costs of the project. Next, there are quick, economical trim packages available as standard trim pieces that can be ordered by the number. High tensile steel panels are available in 26 gauge and in a variety of cool colors with DuraTech®nt coating or unpainted ZINCALUME® or Galvalume® Plus. As a disclaimer, if you order this product and it displays waviness, you should inform yourself of oil canning before claiming it is defective. All flat metal surfaces display such waviness, referred to as oil canning, and it is an inherent characteristic of steel products that is not cause for panel rejection.
