A Commitment to A Better Tomorrow
The community of Putti Village, Uganda is comprised of roughly 1,500 people that are pretty equally dispersed between the practices of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. An organization we support and assist, Putti Village Assistance Organization, is working closely with the inhabitants to promote a sustainable community that empowers its’ children, women, and men. They are committed to doing this by ensuring access to food, education, and ecological sustainability, so that the villagers have a palpable chance at pursing their dreams today and in future generations.
How You Can Lend A Helping Hand
Having visited the quaint and beautiful village, our owner, Joel, fell in love with the people and felt a call to lend a helping hand. His passions for service and great coffee combined to form his small coffee business, from which 100% of the proceeds go back to the Ugandan farmers. In an attempt to get our community involved in lessening the plight of the Putti Village, Chase Construction North West Inc. wants to inform all of our friends of a way in which you can help! We are selling the “I Love to Sing (music of the Ugandan Jews)” CD, a $15 investment that goes directly back to the Putti villagers. The CD was composed and compiled by Mike Cohen, versatile saxophonist and woodwind plater from New York City. Take this opportunity to acquire the fun, rhythmic melodies from the Putti Village and help its’ highly deserving people in the process.
