GAF Grand Sequoia
The GAF Grand Sequoia roofing shingles are a perfect choice for many homeowners. It’s a key-cut, heavy weight, laminate roofing shingle. Its counterpart is the Grand Canyon, which is the heaviest and thickest shingle in the GAF Product line. The Grand Sequoia is an exact replica of the Canyon, but lighter and more economically priced as part of the GAF value collection.
Sequoia is often used when replacing a cedar shake roof. The Sequoia/Canyon design most accurately reflects the authentic appearance of a real wood shake roof. In fact, there are many communities in which the HOA’s (Home owners association) require that a wood shake roof be replaced with a Grand Sequoia.
