    GAF ROOFING PRODUCTS

    GAF is the largest roofing manufacturer in the United States. They were founded in 1886 and recently celebrated 125 years in business. Today they dominate the market with their quality shingles that are rated # 1 in quality by contractors, home builders and consumers. In 2011 they had a technological breakthrough and created the first 50 year limited lifetime shingles. This shook the roofing industry and forced the hand of all other roofing manufacturer’s to provide 50 year limited lifetime warranties on their products.
    GAF however is the only company that changed their shingle design, had extensive testing performed and received the UL approval for their advanced technology shingle. This makes GAF the first choice at Chase NW because our customers deserve the best. We are certified as 1 of 15 GAF Master Elite roofing steep slope contractors in Washington State. We are also one of few GAF authorized low slope installers for flat and commercial roofing applications.

    IKO Roofing products

    IKO roofing products reach far and wide as an international brand. They were founded in Calgary, Alberta in 1951 by Isidore Koschitzky. Through great innovation and by living up to their motto which is “Setting The Standard,” they expanded with great reach into the European and North American markets. Today they are a major contributor to the global roofing products demand.
    In spite of this great trans-Continental reach they maintain a local operations as well with a manufacturing plant in Sumas, WA. With the establishment of the Washington plant they are able to keep the cost of their products at an affordable rate while still providing a very high quality brand making them one of our favorite roofing manufacturers to install on Puget Sound homes and businesses. Chase NW is certified as ProShield Plus installer, IKO’s highest level of roofing certification.

    Versico roofing systems are a quality commercial solution. They specialize in single ply flat roofing systems like TPO, PVC and EPDM. Due to their targeted specialty every single ply roofing accessory you might need on a commercial roofing project is available through their product brand. Specializing in complete roofing systems, Versico offers affordable no monetary limit warranties that can meet stringent architectural specifications. We are an authorized Versico contractor and able to install a 20 year NDL (no dollar limit) roofing system.

    Custom-Bilt Metals is a quality metal roofing manufacturer serving the West Coast of the United States. They produce a wide variety of metal roofing products such as standing seam roofing in both snap-lock and mechanically seamed variations, metal shingles, copper shingles, aluminum shakes and shingles and corrugated metal roofing, gutters and downspouts and soffit and wall panels. With the majority of their products being produced with Kynar 500 reflective pigments Custom-Bilt’s products meet the spec for just about any residential or commercial roofing application Chase NW and it’s technicians are certified installers of Custom-Bilt metal products.

    Tam Skylights

    Tam Skylights is an incredible local skylight manufacturer with a great regional presence. We install Tam Skylights almost exclusively due to the high quality manufacturing process and quality control that has made them one of the Puget Sound’s prominent skylight companies. Louie Tam founded Tam in his garage in 1970.
    Through hard work and providing quality products they have grown the business and are now located in a 50,000 sq foot facility in Seattle, WA. In order to meet the demand for their products they had to buy out a leading competitor in 1988. One key component to their units that sets them apart from their competitors is the welding of the corners. Most companies caulk the corners of the skylight units, which breaks down and causes leaks after 5-10 years. With a Tam Skylight you will never have threat problem! We proudly stand behind the quality of their skylights and provide them to our customers.

    VeLux Sun Tunnels

    Velux was founded more than 60 years ago and is our choice of tubular skylights. Their business model reaches over 40 nations and is one of the strongest construction manufacturers in the global community. Their Sun Tunnel kits are a high quality product that are user friendly. They come in 10″-14″ diameters and can be installed on commercial or residential structures with steep or low slope pitches.
