around since 1900 and has been a staple for a Pacific Northwest fall for millions ever since. The event is bigger than ever this year with huge headlining acts and record attendance. The Fair has been deemed the biggest party in the state, and you definitely don’t want to miss out!
Great Fun for the Whole Family!
The Washington State Fair runs from the 11th to the 27th of September and offers great fun for the whole family! The event offers delicious food, wild rides, and dazzling entertainment. This year, the Columbia Bank Concert Series went all out and featured big star acts such as Jason Derulo, Keith Urban and even Patti Labelle! The Fair also featured a number of concerts free with admission for all those who wanted to get a sneak peak at upcoming artists. From the 11th to the 13th, the fair welcomed top cowboys and cowgirls in the country to compete in the 82nd Annual Washington State Fair Rodeo! The crowd had their boots, chaps, and cowboy hats ready for a show as wild as promised! Along with the most thrilling selection of rides in the Pacific Northwest, the event featured a ton of activities. These ranged from an Animals of the World
exhibit, a Fireworks spectacular, a Star Trek exhibition and a Tasty Journey exhibit consisting of only candy! There were animal exhibit shows for everyone, whether it be Piglet Palace, Rabbits & Cavies, or the Dairy Goat show. Each day offered a competitive kick with contests for Seahawks tickets, Front Row Seats to headlining acts and even a Trekkie Costume Contest. We at Chase Construction North West Inc. had a great time at the Washington State Fair and we wish you all the same Puget Sound!
