Chase Construction North West, Inc is dedicated to the principles that have made us one of Tacoma and the surrounding Puget Sound area’s premium roofing contractors. As a licensed, bonded and insured roofing contractor, we have been providing local families with exceptional roofing experiences since 2002.
Our founder Joel Beattie was self-employed in the roofing business starting in 1993; at that time, he established a company with a friend in contracting based out of Puyallup. They helped repair homes across the Puget Sound after the devastating 1993 Clinton Inauguration Day storm. Eventually he went on to establish his own company, Chase Construction North West, in 2002, named after his son. Today, Joel’s son and company namesake Chase Beattie has taken the reins, becoming the company owner in 2020. He has learned the art of construction from his father, and is expecting a child of his own in July 2024 with his wife Terina Beattie. In his free time, Chase runs a hobby farm and flips houses. WE RECYCLE OUR ASPHALT ROOFING SHINGLES
According to research and reports asphalt roofing shingles produce 11 million tons of waste in our landfills each year! That is a startling number. At Chase NW we have taken a proactive stand to recycle our asphalt shingles and operate as a “green roofer.” RAS (recycled asphalt shingles) can be ground up and reused in new roads, asphalt patching and other useful products.
