The start of a great tradition
The Roofing Contractors Association of Washington (RCAW) recently had their first annual trade show, and Chase Construction NW, Inc. was there! Held March 25th at Tukwila’s Double Tree Hotel, professionals of the roofing industry gathered for networking, education, new business opportunities, and entertainment. We saw a lot of familiar faces and even met some new ones!
Who Was There
This event was sponsored by GAF, IKO , TAM Skylights, Malarkey Roofing Products, and Owens Corning. If those names sound familiar, its because we work with these companies everyday!
GAF is of course North America’s largest manufacturer of commercial and residential roofing. As GAF Master Elite Roofers, we install quite a lot of their products, including one our favorite, the Timberline Lifetime High Definition Shingle! It was great to see GAF’s residential TM Donovan Gladstone, and their commercial TM Shawn Nolte!
It was also great to see our friend Steve Sloan from at IKO Industries! IKO is a world-wide leader in the roofing, waterproofing and insulation industry for residential and commercial markets. Malarkey Roofing and Owens Corning are two other amazing companies to work with and it was great to have a chance to reconnect and visit with their teams at this years event!
These were only a few of all the amazing industry professionals that we were able to spend some quality time with thanks to the RCAW. The night finished with MacArthur Co’s own John Cannon, aka Big John, leading his band, The Low Down Drifters, to close the night off with some amazing live music. I would say that the first of this annual event was definitely a success.
