Hillside Terrace
Chase Construction North West, Inc., a commercial roofing contractor in Tacoma, WA just started the installation of the new roof on Hillside Terrace. This is a Tacoma Housing Authority job, and we are very proud to partner with THA and the many contractors working on this project.
The project consists of both flat single ply roofs and steep slope roofing. For both applications we are using GAF manufacturers products. As a Tacoma roofing contractor we want to provide our customers with the best products and warranties.
Here are a couple of progress photos with our guys installing the polyiso roof top insulation system. This will be topped off with a .60 mil GAF Everguard TPO system. More photos to come!

I think the above post is very informative and the best thing is that the project consists of both flat single ply roofs and steep slope roofing. It is such a great application of the same and one can access a good knowledge about the same from the above post.
