New Roofing Project In Orting, WA
It’s a beautiful sunny day in Washington State, in fact it’s going to be 91 degrees today. Our crew is hard at work in the beautiful city of Orting, WA. Orting is a wonderful small town in the Puyallup, Valley and is home to about 7,000 people. Our Operations Manager, Joshua Wilson lives in town and is the president of the Orting Chamber of Commerce.
Today we are tearing of a 3 tab roof which has a 9:12 pitch. This would be considered a steep slope roof and requires extreme caution. We are installing a new IKO Cambridge AR roofing system. Due to the high winds we will be fastening each shingle with 6 nails instead of 4 which qualifies the roof for and upgraded 130 mph wind rating.
