Last week, BizX hosted a Digital Marketing networking event it Tacoma’s Adriatic Grill. We got to hear from some of the industry’s experts on the very subject that we are striving to learn more about, for your benefit!

In an ever evolving field, digital marketing requires constant education and attention. That is why here at Chase Construction N, Inc., we lean on experts to help us stay up to speed. The BizX community contains professionals from many fields, including Digital Marketing, and they asked 3 of the experts in their arsenal to share their knowledge with the rest of the BizX community, and the result was a fun and informative evening. One of the above mentioned experts is Dave Parkurst, from GreenHaven Interactive. Dave began working for Apple, in a time when the internet was not commonplace, and has since authored “the Complete Web Plan seminar series”. He and his company pioneered web site creation and marketing in the Puget Sound area in 1994. He now helps small businesses and non prophets excel in the digital world of marketing. Another expert that was on the panel was Matt Cail. Matt began as a message board and web design pioneer in the late 90s. He has since founded Super Charge Marketing and provides digital marketing support for local and global businesses. The final panel member for the evening was Woody Hertzog, with Wormwood SEO. Woody optimized www.seattlerestaurants.com to appear on the top of Yahoo search for Seattle Restaurants in 1999, when he first engaged in SEO (Search Engine Optimization). He founded Wormwood SEO in 2007, which is now an industry leading firm, guiding a successful experience for their clients.
