We tore-off the existing shingle system and installed a new GAF Timberline HD roof. This roof had a 2 square low slope section that had been a source of problems for the homeowners. We custom ordered gray Everguard TPO to match the roof. This membrane will keep this problem area watertight and is a better choice than architectural laminate shingles for this application. The entire roofing system is protected by a 50 year 100% non-prorated manufacturer warranty against material defects. In addition to our contractor workmanship warranty GAF also provides a 2 year guarantee that we installed the roof correctly.
