Here at Chase Construction Northwest Inc., we not only do business in the greater Washington area, but also seek to be active citizens of our community. In particular, we cannot wait to see the many exciting things at the upcoming Daffodil Parade’s annual celebration of the community,  history, traditions and growth, of its home in Pierce County! We have deep ties to this event as our owner, Joel, has an aunt Eva who reigned as the Daffodil Queen back in 1952. The Daffodil Festival has been celebrated for over 80 years in the greater state of Washington. The event seeks to foster the spirit and growth of its home, Pierce County, through its’ mission of “bettering the communities in which it finds its roots.” The Daffodil committee seeks to do this through their dedication to provide community service, leadership training, educational opportunities, and of course, four fantastic parades. The organization enacts many community events ranging from The Daffodil 5K challenge, to the crowning of a new leader and queen for the cause each year. The 82nd Annual Daffodil Parade will be held on Saturday, April 11th and will traverse to four different cities- Tacoma, Puyallup, Sumner and Orting. Make sure to come out and support our community with us! Remember that the festival thrives when the Pierce County community is at its’ strongest- a goal only possible when the support and spirit of our diverse communities come together.
