An Exciting Industry Event
This week brought an exciting event to our Industry- The Blue Book Building & Construction Network Showcase. The event occurred on Thursday, May 14th, and was held at the highly esteemed Bell Harbor International Conference Center. It combined an educational seminar with an opportunity for members of our industry to meet and 
connect. In a sense, the event bridged the gap between contractor and subcontractor in a fun environment where conversation and laughter permeated throughout.
A Worthwhile Schedule
The event started with an appropriate and eye opening expose under the name “Set Your Sights on the Right Projects and the Critical Decision-Makers Behind Them!” The talk was presented by the Area General Manager of The Blue Book Network, Rebecca Buitrago. Not only did the presentation actively engage, it also bestowed new knowledge on all the attendees. The talk highlighted the stark benefits that the Blue Book Network offers, and touched on each aspect of their operations that is designed to help the business owner. With the points made, it is no surprise that The Blue Book Network has over a million clients and has been deemed the most comprehensive search engine in the industry.
Great Opportunities For All Involved
After this educational segment followed an excellent networking opportunity for all 
involved. For subcontractors, the event was designed so attendees needed only to bring a business card while Blue Book did the rest. Opportunity was in the air as attendees got to meet face to face with existing and potential customers and market their company to a captive audience of decision makers. Possible future prospects were also discovered as it was possible to gauge upcoming projects that might require your products or services. General contractors also highly benefitted from their attendance. After all, the right crew is vital in order to complete projects in a quality and timely manner. These individuals were able to meet a large number of local subcontractors to ensure that they get the most competitive bids and the right company for all present and future project.
