Flower buds are emerging and spring showers are upon us which means the Spring Fair in Puyallup is right around the corner! Here at Chase Construction, we could not be more excited! We completed a roofing project at fair’s main site as part of their remodel and we are proud to be associated with an organization that provides such fun and entertainment to the region we live and work in. From exhilarating rides to free concerts and dogs performing amazing water t!ricks, the Puyallup Spring Fair is the place to be this year from April 16-19th !

When the fair committee decided on remodeling a few years back, they trusted none other than Chase Construction North West Inc. for the installation of their famous blue gate entrance roof. Our capable crew put into place a GAF Timberline roofing system in 
WeatherWood. The impeccable and sturdy roof still provides superior coverage for this area today! When the Spring Fair began in 1900, it was located on a vacant lot just west of where Pioneer Park is now located. Admission was $1 per family for all three days and an opening in the 10-foot fence which surrounded the Fair acted as the first main gate. Today, the fair is one of the biggest events in the state of Washington and housed over 1.3 million guests at its’ centennial celebration in 2000. With exhibits, concerts and rides becoming better and more innovative each year, it is no surprise that the fair continues to blossom. Thank to ours and others’ remodels, the Puyallup Spring Fair continues to be the place to go for family fun and adventure.
