NRCA National Roofing Week 2018: Charitable Projects

Charity is top priority at Chase Construction North West, Inc.! We try to give as much back to the community as we can, and this often comes in the form of donating labor for Habitat for Humanity.ย  The people we work with for the Habitat projects are always very helpful, and we love working with them!

Our Latest Charity Roof:

We recently finished a project in Seattle, partnering with Habitat for Humanity and GAF. The system was top notch with the beautiful GAF Timberline HDยฎย shingle in the popular color, charcoal and all the accessories, including, valley metal and the slick-looking ventilation package of the Cobraยฎ Exhaust Vent andย Cobraยฎ IntakeProโ„ข. The homeowner Katie, is an avid doll maker and has a lot of delicate equipment in her home, but the leaky roof was putting them at risk for damage. When interviewed, Kristina Struve Copley from Habitat for Humanity mentioned: “Not only was it a concern that the roof was leaking for her own safety, but, she has all these wonderful things inside her house that are now much better protected with the new roof.”ย When asked by Tom Stancik of GAF how she liked the roof, the home owner replied “Love it, I don’t have to have a bucket!” It is interactions like this that keeps us going! We look forward to many Habitat for Humanity projects in the future! Check out the video below of the Katie Love-Davis project , and let us know what you think!

Stay tuned for the rest of the week!ย  Here’s what’s to come:

Thursday, June 7: Signature projects, where we’ll share photos of our signature residential and commercial projects.

Friday, June 8: Celebration, where we’ll share photos of how we celebrated National Roofing Week.
