    Chase came by to evaluate my roof, and was extremely friendly and honest about everything, even though it ultimately meant that he wasn't going to be doing any work on it it. I appreciate that level of honesty. He was also extremely knowledgeable, + gave me information about everything I need to look out for now and in the future. Will definitely be my first choice whenever I do end up needing services!

He supplied several options and quotes, answered a ton of my questions, and is a great dude. The roofing team showed up on time and ready to go, making the install as quick as possible.     Stellar service. We had an issue with a second-floor waterproof deck. Chase came out to give me a quote on the same day that I called, and work commenced fairly quickly. We had some unexpected findings on our project, and Chase was quick to update me and explain the charges for unforeseen work. Watching how hard his team worked to tear down extra layers on our deck, it was more than reasonable to compensate them for that extra time. In addition, Chase was able to give us a reasonable quote of addition of coping metal to the wall of our balcony. My husband had planned to DIY that part, but I am so glad that Chase's team did it. They were able to find a metal that matched the flashing of the roof, and it looks great! Chase and his team went above and beyond.

    We highly recommend Chase Construction NW. Gary was very easy to work with and he did not try to oversell us on things we didn't need. We have used them in the past for a skylight replacement and roof leak repairs (which was great), and when it came time to replace our aging roof, Chase was the first we called. The crew of 4-5 people came in, did there work, and cleaned up at the end of each day. The project took 4 days, including new gutters and downspouts. We will definitely use Chase in the future.

    I needed a new roof and got several bids before I chose Chase Construction. My home was built in 1929 and has a steep roof with many custom angles. I knew this would be a tough job and I wanted a company that knew what they are doing. I am very pleased to report that my roof looks great. The foreman on the job is very knowledgeable and communicated with us the entire time. I would highly recommend Chase Construction to anyone.
