    I needed a new roof and got several bids before I chose Chase Construction. My home was built in 1929 and has a steep roof with many custom angles. I knew this would be a tough job and I wanted a company that knew what they are doing. I am very pleased to report that my roof looks great. The foreman on the job is very knowledgeable and communicated with us the entire time. I would highly recommend Chase Construction to anyone.

    I was extremely pleased with Chase Construction. We used them for a commercial roofing project and the communication and quality of work were phenomenal. Very easy to work with. There was actually a small leak after they were done, I'm not sure it was even their fault but they immediately sent someone to diagnose and fix the issue (have had zero problems since). Highly recommended.

    I was very happy working with Chase Construction. They gave us by far the most detailed estimate that included all of the potential work items that might be needed. This showed me that they were giving us a real estimate and not planning to add on charges later for 'unexpected' items. The charges for each service were very competetive with the other estimates we got. The work was done quickly and they left the yard very tidy. When I asked about a small scope item that had been missed they thanked me for bringing it up and corrected it within a week. I plan to use them again.

    Chase just finished my roof replacement. And I couldn’t he happier. From the consultation to the finished product. The work was professional and when they finished everything was put back as it was. Juan and his crew were working under difficult conditions. Our driveway was too steep to bring up a crane so they had to carry up the bundles up on a very steep pitched roof. They were always polite and hard working. In the future I would definitely recommend Chase Construction.
