Durable and Stylish: Dec-Tec Water Proof Decking in West Seattle

We couldn’t be happier with Chase and his amazing crew! For years, we dreamed of having a metal roof and wanted to find someone who would do outstanding work at a fair price. Chase came highly recommended by friends, and he exceeded every expectation. From removing our old roof to installing the new one, the workmanship was exceptional. The crew was professional, hardworking, and left the job site spotless. Throughout the entire project, they treated us like partners and made sure we were happy every step of the way. If you’re looking for honest, reliable, high-quality roofing work, we highly recommend Chase and his team. Thank you for making our dream roof a reality!

Stellar service. We had an issue with a second-floor waterproof deck. Chase came out to give me a quote on the same day that I called, and work commenced fairly quickly. We had some unexpected findings on our project, and Chase was quick to update me and explain the charges for unforeseen work. Watching how hard his team worked to tear down extra layers on our deck, it was more than reasonable to compensate them for that extra time. In addition, Chase was able to give us a reasonable quote of addition of coping metal to the wall of our balcony. My husband had planned to DIY that part, but I am so glad that Chase's team did it. They were able to find a metal that matched the flashing of the roof, and it looks great! Chase and his team went above and beyond.

Chase Construction North West Inc. did a stellar job on my barn roof. They were quick, efficient, transparent and courteous. They went above and beyond to clean up after themselves and make sure that I had all my questions answered every step of the way. I don’t give recommendations lightly but I would feel remiss if I didn’t shout my thankfulness and admiration for Chase Construction North West Inc. from my new rooftop.

Chase and his crew are total pro’s! The whole process was great and they did amazing work. Chase is a great communicator, experienced, and easy to work with. He supplied several options and quotes, answered a ton of my questions, and is a great dude. The roofing team showed up on time and ready to go, making the install as quick as possible. I got quotes from several companies, did my research, and glad I chose them. Highly recommended!

Chase Construction did a great job on a roof replacement at a 8 story condominium complex in the heart of West Seattle. This roof had some challenging areas to reach but David and his crew took their time to fugure out the logistics and got the job done right.
