Dec-Tec Water Proof Decking Service in Lakewood, WA

I was very happy working with Chase Construction. They gave us by far the most detailed estimate that included all of the potential work items that might be needed. This showed me that they were giving us a real estimate and not planning to add on charges later for 'unexpected' items. The charges for each service were very competetive with the other estimates we got. The work was done quickly and they left the yard very tidy. When I asked about a small scope item that had been missed they thanked me for bringing it up and corrected it within a week. I plan to use them again.

Not often I leave a 5-star review. These guys were awesome. From Gary helping us choose the best shingle for our budget and HOA (you know how those can be) to moving our spring-free trampoline to prevent damage, the attention to detail, communication, and timely completion. As someone who does my best to go above and beyond for others, it was comforting finding a business who’d do the same. Respectfully and appropriately of course.

Stellar service. We had an issue with a second-floor waterproof deck. Chase came out to give me a quote on the same day that I called, and work commenced fairly quickly. We had some unexpected findings on our project, and Chase was quick to update me and explain the charges for unforeseen work. Watching how hard his team worked to tear down extra layers on our deck, it was more than reasonable to compensate them for that extra time. In addition, Chase was able to give us a reasonable quote of addition of coping metal to the wall of our balcony. My husband had planned to DIY that part, but I am so glad that Chase's team did it. They were able to find a metal that matched the flashing of the roof, and it looks great! Chase and his team went above and beyond.

Chase Construction was recommended to us by a friend for our roof replacement. We reached out to Chase Construction and they were quick, responsive, and very easy to work with. We had the pleasure of working with Brandon and their team. They showed up everyday, they were great with communication, and finished the project within the timeline provided to us. Our roof looks amazing and we have already recommended them to our neighbors!

Chase Construction did a great job on a roof replacement at a 8 story condominium complex in the heart of West Seattle. This roof had some challenging areas to reach but David and his crew took their time to fugure out the logistics and got the job done right. Please think of Chase Construction for your future roofing needs!
