I had a great experience with Chase and definitely recommend them to others. Their bid was great - not the lowest, but a good amount less than a few others, and they fit in my roof quickly, showed up as they promised, and from what I can tell did high-quality work. And the GAF Golden Pledge warranty is a good one.

I was very happy working with Chase Construction. They gave us by far the most detailed estimate that included all of the potential work items that might be needed. This showed me that they were giving us a real estimate and not planning to add on charges later for 'unexpected' items. The charges for each service were very competetive with the other estimates we got. The work was done quickly and they left the yard very tidy. When I asked about a small scope item that had been missed they thanked me for bringing it up and corrected it within a week. I plan to use them again.

We highly recommend Chase Construction NW. Gary was very easy to work with and he did not try to oversell us on things we didn't need. We have used them in the past for a skylight replacement and roof leak repairs (which was great), and when it came time to replace our aging roof, Chase was the first we called. The crew of 4-5 people came in, did there work, and cleaned up at the end of each day. The project took 4 days, including new gutters and downspouts. We will definitely use Chase in the future.

I began my journey with Chase Construction North West, Inc. in January of 2025. They stuck it through while dealing with my insurance to resolve wind damage to my 15 year old roof. It was not an easy process; Chase, Gary and the entire crew did a ton of work-twice over jumping through the hoops of what the insurance asked of them. Overall, they put on a fantastic looking roof!
