Chase Construction was recommended to us by a friend for our roof replacement. We reached out to Chase Construction and they were quick, responsive, and very easy to work with. We had the pleasure of working with Brandon and their team. They showed up everyday, they were great with communication, and finished the project within the timeline provided to us. Our roof looks amazing and we have already recommended them to our neighbors!
Chase Construction did a great job on a roof replacement at a 8 story condominium complex in the heart of West Seattle. This roof had some challenging areas to reach but David and his crew took their time to fugure out the logistics and got the job done right. Please think of Chase Construction for your future roofing needs!
I needed a new roof and got several bids before I chose Chase Construction. My home was built in 1929 and has a steep roof with many custom angles. I knew this would be a tough job and I wanted a company that knew what they are doing. I am very pleased to report that my roof looks great. The foreman on the job is very knowledgeable and communicated with us the entire time. I would highly recommend Chase Construction to anyone.
Chase Construction Northwest Inc. Is by far the best roofing company in the Pacific Northwest. They did a complete removal and full install new roof. Not only does it look absolutely beautiful with straight crisp clean lines, excellent color, perfectly flat with no waves and they did in two days done!
I'm a very satisfied customer without a doubt. I highly recommend Chase Construction for all of your roofing needs!
Stellar service. We had an issue with a second-floor waterproof deck. Chase came out to give me a quote on the same day that I called, and work commenced fairly quickly. We had some unexpected findings on our project, and Chase was quick to update me and explain the charges for unforeseen work. Watching how hard his team worked to tear down extra layers on our deck, it was more than reasonable to compensate them for that extra time. In addition, Chase was able to give us a reasonable quote of addition of coping metal to the wall of our balcony. My husband had planned to DIY that part, but I am so glad that Chase's team did it. They were able to find a metal that matched the flashing of the roof, and it looks great! Chase and his team went above and beyond.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a new roof cost in Washington State?
The cost of a new roof in Washington State varies depending on the size and complexity of the roof, roofing material, roof pitch, existing roof condition, accessibility, and whether the roof decking or other components need repair. For many homeowners, a complete asphalt shingle roof replacement will cost several thousand dollars, while larger or more complex roofs and premium materials can cost substantially more. The most accurate way to determine the cost of a roof replacement is to have a professional roofing contractor inspect the property and provide a detailed estimate. What factors affect the cost of a roof replacement?
Several factors affect the cost of a roof replacement, including roof size, pitch, design complexity, roofing material, existing roof layers, decking condition, flashing, ventilation, chimney and skylight details, accessibility, and labor. The cost can also increase when a roof requires structural repairs, extensive tear-off, or replacement of damaged components. A professional inspection allows a roofing contractor to identify these conditions before providing an accurate estimate. How do I know if my roof needs to be repaired or replaced?
A roof may be repairable when the damage is isolated and the underlying roofing system is still in good condition. Replacement may make more sense when the roof is near the end of its expected service life, has widespread shingle deterioration, repeated leaks, extensive water damage, or significant damage to the roof deck or underlying components. A professional roof inspection can help determine whether targeted repairs are appropriate or whether replacement provides a better long-term solution. How bad is a 20-year-old roof?
A 20-year-old roof is not automatically in poor condition, but its age is an important factor when evaluating whether replacement is approaching. Asphalt shingle roofs can have significantly different service lives depending on the shingle type, installation quality, ventilation, weather exposure, maintenance, and other conditions. A 20-year-old roof should be inspected for missing or damaged shingles, granule loss, exposed roofing materials, deteriorated flashing, sagging, and signs of water intrusion before deciding whether to repair or replace it.Why do roofing estimates vary between contractors?
Roofing estimates can vary because contractors may use different materials, labor rates, installation methods, warranties, overhead, and project scopes. One estimate may include removal of multiple roofing layers, replacement of damaged decking, upgraded ventilation, new flashing, and higher-grade materials while another may not. When comparing roofing estimates, homeowners should review exactly what is included in each proposal rather than comparing the final price alone.
